Land Development
From initial concept to detailed design, cost estimating, consent applications, specifications, cost schedules, and construction monitoring, we provide a complete service for residential, commercial and industrial land development projects.
Bulk Earthworks
With the benefit of our highly experienced team of geotechnical, civil and environmental engineers, we offer high-level skills for excellent earthworks design (including silt control design in accordance with Local and Regional Council requirements)––fundamental to the success of your land development project.
Stormwater Drainage
We pride ourselves on our practical approach to stormwater drainage design, using computer analysis to back up our proposals for improvements to existing infrastructure, and designing new drainage systems to serve subdivisions and new developments. We can also provide specific investigation and design services for on-site stormwater soakage systems, when reticulation is not an option. See also our work on overland flood paths and flood-prone sites – Tackling Environmental Issues.
Wastewater Drainage
With design expertise based on practical experience and our extensive knowledge of public health standards, we provide complete services for new wastewater drainage reticulation and the rehabilitation of existing systems in the urban environment. As well, our expertise extends to the design of individual and communal on-site wastewater treatment facilities, pump stations, and disposal fields for rural clients.
Water Supply
Our team provides a full range of engineering services relating to water supply. This includes evaluating existing water supply systems using computer modelling, designing and monitoring the construction of new supply networks using detailed designs, and specifications that meet local and national potable water standards.
